1 Presentation

AI Messenger LTD (here in after “the Company”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 03852651, whose registered office is at  1 Bromley Lane, Chislehurst, Kent BR7 6LH, England, UK, offers a subscription service to BodyBlast, an application dedicated to fitness and well-being. The subscription allows :

  • Unlimited access to personalized exercises tailored to your goals and needs.
  • Use tools compatible with Apple Health and Google Fit to track your progress.
  • Advice on equipment and innovative fitness solutions, all at the competitive price of €39,90/month.

2 Application access

The Subscriber is responsible for the technological means required to access the application, including a compatible device, an Internet connection and a valid e-mail address.

  • The service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance or unforeseen events.
  • The application is hosted by Anyfes Digital in Barcelona, Spain.

3 Subscription and eligibility

Eligibility requirements :

To subscribe to BodyBlast, you must :

  • Be an adult (+18 years old).
  • Reside in mainland France.
  • Provide accurate information when registering.

The Company reserves the right to verify the information provided and to terminate a subscription in the event of false declarations or invalidity of the means of payment.

How to subscribe :

  • Registration via the official website or through promotional campaigns.
  • The Subscriber receives a confirmation e-mail once payment has been validated.

4 Service purpose

Subscription gives access to :

  1. Customized exercises: tailored to your physical condition and goals.
  2. Customized solutions: advice on the equipment you need to optimize your performance.
  3. Technological tracking: integration with Apple Health and Google Fit for advanced tracking.

5 Prices and payment

The cost of the subscription is €39,90/month with no time commitment, tacitly renewed.

  • Payment by credit card only.
  • You can access your monthly invoice from your personal space.

In case of payment failure : The Company reserves the right to suspend access to the application.

6 Term, cancellation and withdrawal

Duration: Subscription is monthly and automatically renewable.

Cancellation :

You can cancel at any time:

  • Call us on +33 1 76 38 08 96.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the law, the Subscriber has a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw.

7 Personal data protection

The data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Subscriber has rights of access, rectification and deletion, which may be exercised by contacting: contact@ai-messenger.net.

8 Claims and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Subscriber may contact customer service:

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the Subscriber may refer the matter to the European Commission's dispute resolution platform.

9 Applicable law

These GCU are governed by British law. In the event of a dispute, the Subscriber may bring the matter before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable law.
